| 摘 要： | 科学发展是江苏“两个率先”的必由之路。江苏要实现科学发展战略,必须坚持走和谐发展之路。目前,江苏面临着产业发展、城乡发展、区域发展和内外经济发展等方面不够协调的问题,只有解决了这些问题,才能实现人与自然、城乡之间、区域之间和内外经济之间的和谐发展,为江苏“两个率先”奠定经济社会发展的必要基础。

| Abstract: | Scientific development is the necessary road to "the Two-Taking-Leads" in Jiangsu.In order to realize the scientific development strategy,it is necessary for Jiangsu to take the road of harmonious development.However,there are still some unharmonious problems such as industrious development,district development,urban and rural development and internal and external economic development.Only when these problems are solved,can the harmonious development be realized,which will lay the necessary foundation of economic social development for "the TwoTaking-Leads" in Jiangsu. |
