企校合作实训基地双向嵌入合作模式研究

企校合作共建实训基地是实施科教兴国战略,推进经济和社会发展,提高学生的学习能力、实践能力、创新能力的战略举措。本文论述了如何通过企校共建科技园区、研究所、教学班、人才队伍等方式积极构建企校合作实训基地的双向嵌入模式,实现设备资源条件的共享、高校师资和企业工程师的共享,搭建科技创新与技术革新平台,培养具有实践能力和创新精神的大学生。

Research of Two-way Embedded Cooperating Mode in a Practical Base between Enterprise and School

Coustructing practical base through the cooperation between enterprise and school is the strategic measures so as to develop the country through science and education,promote the development of economy and society,improve students’learning ability,practical ability and creativity.In this article,we discussed how to construct science and technology park,institute,talent group through the cooperation between enterprise and school in order to realize sharing resources,construct new platform of scientific innovation and technology reform and train university students with practical ability and innovative spirit.
