摘    要:在职业生涯规划课程教学中,依据学情分析,认真研究学生的已有认知水平、真实需求、能力水平和个性倾向,充分体现"学为中心"的教学理念,可以优化职业生涯规划教学过程,使教学设计更贴近学生的实际,从而促进学生发展,本文论述学情分析在职业生涯规划教学中的重要作用,并提出相应的策略。

Abstract:According to learning sentiment analysis,studying the existed cognitive level and their real needs and ability level as well as their personality trend of students own,embodying the teaching idea of learning as the center fully during the career planning course teaching can optimize the teaching process and make the teaching design more close to the students’ actual situation so as to promote their development.This paper discusses that the analysis of students plays an important role in career planning course teaching and puts forward the corresponding strategies.
