| 摘 要： | 在对绵阳市游仙区两所中学的学生进行了为期四年的跟踪调查的基础上 ,采用动态分析法 ,对中学生身体素质发展敏感期进行了研究 ,并提出了中学生各项身体素质训练的最佳年龄阶段。
