| Abstract: | The thought of the new democratic constitutionalism originates from the compounding of classical Marxist writers. It is the cement and sublimation of the accumulation of the experiences of revolutionary practices and theoretical explorations. It promotes and goes beyond the principles of Sun Zhongshan's New Three Peoples with abundant connotations. The thought of the new democratic constitutionalism contains the genes of socialist constitutionalism which is the perfection and promotion of the thought of the new democratic constitutionalism. |
