| 摘 要： | 研究系较早关注和提倡国民外交。一战结束后，研究系围绕巴黎和会积极开展国民外交活动，或制造国民外交舆论声势、或组织国民外交团体、或参与政府外交决策、或派遣代表赴欧考察。研究系的国民外交活动，成为战后国民外交运动的重要组成部分，也在一定程度上推动了时势的发展。

| Abstract: | The Research Clique advocated and focused on people-to-people diplomacy during World War I.After the war,they launched a movement aimed at the people-to-people diplomacy.They publicized people-to-people diplomacy,set up diplomatic organizations,helped the government make its diplomatic policies,and sent representatives to visit Europe.Their activities were an important part of the postwar people-to-people diplomatic movement,which promoted the development of the then political situation in China. |
