| Abstract: | Since the Hi-teck industry confronts a high degree of risk,the participation of the Original Fund is the most important driving force of its development.The thesis illustrates the point from the angle of the risks faced by the Hi-teck industry,th structure of the risky investment fund as well as its running-model,and,the withdrawl of the risky investment fund. |
