制约农业技术推广的原因分析

当前国家积极推进对农民的科技培训,但目前影响农业技术推广的因素还客观存在。主要表现在:一是大量小农的存在;二是农民承受风险能力比较弱;三是农业生产的主体;四是农民原子化的状态;五是当前农村经济发展的阶段。当前农业技术培训应该注意几个问题:一是培训谁,二是培训什么,三是培训方式。

Analysis on the Reasons of Restricting the Promotion of agriculture Technology

Presently,the training of science end technology for farmer will be promoted,however the factors affecting the promotion of agriculture technology exist objectively:the existence of small farmers,the ability of enduring the risks,producer,the atomic state of peasants and the level of rural economy.Several problems should be paid attention on the training of agriculture technology,the farmers, the content and the mode of training.
