| 摘 要： | 将徽州土地改革之后的土地卖契与土地改革之前明清民国的土地卖契进行比较，论证了两者之间既有传承，也有变异。传承的一面反映了徽州农村土地改革前后有着相同的契约意识，变异的一面揭示了土地改革的彻底深刻，反映了社会制度的重大变革。

| Abstract: | By making a contrast between the contracts of land sale before and after land reform, this article illustrates how the contracts of those two periods were linked to but also varied from each other. Linking lies in the same contract consciousness before and after land reform and variation lies in the thoroughness of land reform for its completion signified the change of social system. |
