| Abstract: | There're full of modernity implications in Saul Bellow's novels. He pays attention to individual lives and their living conditions in modern civilization; His polling to lives is a kind of reaction of modern times and consciousness of existence. The dramatic personae in novels take self-responsibility into life's being and make choice at liberty during the process of seeking one selves; To corroborate the meaning of life being,they straighten their back and screw up their courage to resist the heaviest pressure from the objective world. |
