| 摘 要： | 黑龙江省作为我国的老工业基地之一,由于在计划经济体制下政策性因素和体制性因素的影响,全省在经济不振的同时,金融环境状况也不能令人满意.文章着重阐述了黑龙江金融环境所面临的问题,分析问题产生的原因,并提出了相应的解决措施.

| Abstract: | Heilongjiang province is one of the oldest industrial foundations. With the influence of policy factors in the planning economic system, the provincial economy is depressing. In this paper the problems faced by Heilongjiang economic environment are illustrated. With analysis of the reasons for the problems, the writer proposed relative solutions. |
