| Abstract: | Firstly,this paper analyses limitations of probable mistakes resulted in decision of the IRR method,due to unreasonable assumption of Reinvestment Interest Rate,as well as its regularity.Secondly,it demonstrates the objective inevitability of the ERR method on avoiding mistakes.Finally,it puts forward the method of Net Rate of Return in investment. |
