| Abstract: | The quality outlook of modern education and the modern educational concept of Students First were described. The problems currently existing in ideological concepts and talent cultivation of higher education with reference to talent cultivation in Fujian University of Technology were analysed. The new educational outlook adapting to the economical and social development and the self-development of higher education was put forward. |
