| 摘 要： | 据衡水市环境监测站监测结果表明:近几年衡水市空气污染主要属于煤烟和二次扬尘混合型污染;水质污染严重,噪声污染严重超标。如不采取积极的环保治理整顿措施,各项污染将愈加严重。欲改善衡水市环境现状,需采取以下措施:完善管理制度,实施科学治污,加大市区大气污染物的治理力度;促进滏阳河、衡水湖还清达标;改善声环境。

| Abstract: | The survey result made by Hengshui Environment Survey Station shows that the air pollution in Hengshui in recent years is mainly due to coal fume and second-time dust and the water pollution is very serious and noise pollution is far beyond the standard.All these would become very serious without active measures of protection.The following measures should be observed:completing administration system,applying scientific performance,strenghthening the control of city air pullutants,qualifying Fuyang River and Hengshui Lake to standard and improving sound environment. |
