艺术体操多年训练的研究

认为在我国建立艺术体操队,首先要进行可行性分析;在分析可能的情况下,制定多年训练规划;再在多年训练规划的基础上制定阶段和年度训练计划;并根据实际情况修改、补充规划和计划;在训练中瞄准世界水平,打好基础,严格要求,取得成功。实践证明,我国运动员适合艺术体操项目要求,经过年的科学训练可达世界水平。

A Study on Training Practice in Artistic Gymnastics

The feasibility was first analysed when organizing the artistic gymnastics team in China.Then,a multiple-year training plan was formed.On that basis,Stage and year plans were draftedand accordingly modified.The training,aiming at the world level,Stressed solid foundation andstrick requirements.Practice has proved that Chinese players were fit to the event and could reachthe world advaced level through eight years' training.
