摘    要:近年来,工业生产活动产生的水蒸气排放基本未受限制,排放量快速增长。在特定时间段、地理区域内,在雾霾易发的气象条件下,当水蒸气排放量快速提高或局部区域大气相对湿度较高,大气中的干态水溶性离子颗粒物吸湿长大,大气中的常规大气污染物发生二次复合,排放过程中的大气污染物生成湿态水溶性离子颗粒物。湿态水溶性离子颗粒物在大气边界层内富集,细颗粒物质量浓度快速增长致雾霾暴发。减少水溶性离子颗粒物的生成和排放,控制水蒸气的排放量,是抑制雾霾暴发的有效手段。

Abstract:In recent years, the water vapor emissions generated by industrial production activities haven't been restricted a lot, and emissions have increased rapidly. In a certain time period and geographical area, under the meteorological conditions prone to haze, when the water vapor emission increases rapidly or the relative humidity of the local area is relatively high, the dry water-soluble ionic particles in the atmosphere will absorb moisture and grow in the atmosphere. Then conventional atmospheric pollutants will recombine and in the discharge process wet water-soluble ionic particles will begenerated. Wet water-soluble ionic particles are enriched in the atmospheric boundary layer, the mass concentration of fine particles increases rapidly, and finally results in the outbreak of haze.Reducing the generation and emission of water-soluble ionic particles and controlling the discharge of water vapor are effective means to suppress haze outbreaks.
