| Abstract: | The article discussed the suitable producing technique of buckwheat nutrition powder with bitter buckwheat flour,soybean powder,rhizoma polygonti,licorice root and acesulfame potassium.The powder had high quality,and good food curative effect,and good taste.And the processing was simple. |
