| 摘 要： | 我国修正后的<婚姻法>新增规定了离婚损害赔偿制度,这具有深远的历史和现实意义.但是,这一制度仍存在值得商榷与需要完善之处.应对我国离婚损害赔偿制度中的权利主体、义务主体等方面进一步加以完善.
