| 摘 要： | 对垄断企业的改革问题进行研究.首先分析进行垄断企业改革的必要条件；进一步分析我国现行的两种改革方式,一是垄断分拆,自负盈亏,国家收取一定比例的利润,二是民营资本进入,和原有垄断企业进行竞争.研究将回答(1)什么样的情况下进行改革是有效的；(2)什么样的情况下进行改革是可行的；(3)不同改革方式之间的优劣.

| Abstract: | Monopoly industries reform in China is studied in this paper.First,necessary conditions of monopoly industries reform are obtained.Further,two methods of monopoly industries reform are studied contrastively.They are splitting of enterprise,assuming sole responsibility for its profit and loss,turning over to the state a proportional profit,and intrducing private enterprise.This paper will show:(1) in what conditions reform is effective;(2) in what conditions reform is feasible;(3) which method of monopoly in... |
