| 摘 要： | 近年来,农村教师出现了＂贫血＂症状,存在着数量不足、结构失衡、年龄老化等诸多问题。实施定向培养农村教师政策,是为农村教育＂造血＂的理性选择。这项政策符合中国国情,有利于发挥师范院校优势,培养＂本土化＂教师,提高教学质量,促进义务教育均衡发展,办好人民满意的教育。

| Abstract: | In recent years,there are several problems of teachers in the countryside,such as quantity insufficiency,the unbalanced structure,the aging tendency and so on.The implementation of oriented training for countryside teacher is important to the rural education .This policy conforms to the Chinese national condition which is good for displaying the advantages of Teachers College,raising localized teachers,improving the teaching quality,promoting compulsory education and meeting people＇s needs for education. |
