| 摘 要： | 大学生创新能力的培养对国家建设创新型国家具有重要意义。文章以南昌航空大学＂三小＂科技活动来探索大学生创新能力的培养,提出在校大学生创新能力的培养应在发挥教师催化剂作用,学生团队能力培养和学校涵养学生创新品质等方面作出努力。
