我国高等教育城乡生源失衡探析

在中国改革开放以来经济腾飞繁荣的背后,不容忽视的是经济发展光环之外社会阶层的流动、城乡差距的拉大、贫富的日益悬殊、教育机会的不平等。近年来我国重点高校城市与农村学生比例失衡即是这种社会变迁无形的影响。只有缩小城乡经济差距,合理配置城乡教育资源,提高农村教师素质,并为大学生就业提供政策和环境支持,才能有效缓解教育马太效应对城乡生源失衡的冲击。

Behind China＇s rapid economic prosperity since the reform and open up policy,what can＇t be neglected is the social stratum flow,the rural-urban gap,the rich-poor disparity and the unequal educational opportunities,which in turn leads to the imbalance of college students＇ resources between city and countryside in recent years.Only by narrowing the urban-rural economic gap,improving rural teachers quality and with reasonable resource allocation and following strategic and environmental support for the college student employment can we alleviate the impact of educational Matthew Effect to the imbalance of rural-urban college students.
