“散养式教育”实施策略刍议

＂学校教育要为学生创造充分的自由发展空间。＂反观当前的中小学基础教育中对学生＂圈养＂、＂禁锢＂现象,却与素质教育相背离。本文针对这一问题和现象,提出必须实施＂散养式教育＂,即在学校安全管理下,教育者根据学生身心发展规律开展的旨在把自然人所固有的或潜在的素质引发出来的各类教育活动。并提出实施＂散养式教育＂的策略有三：一是校园安全立法必须紧跟现实步伐,使学校教育有法可依;二是学校教育必须真正＂以生为本＂,培养社会有用之才;三是社会家庭教育必须与学校教育统一步伐,使＂散养式教育＂真正得到落实。

On the Implementation Strategies of "Backyard-style Education"

It is said ＂School education should be free for students to create sufficient space for development.＂But in the primary and secondary schools.In China,Students are＂captive＂ or ＂confined＂ in the schoolyard.It is divergence with the Quality Education.In the essay,to this problem,the writer points out that it is necessary to implement ＂Backyard-style Education＂.That means under the premise of safety management in schools,Educators lead out of the natural or potential inherent in the quality of students from the various educational activities.It is mainly stated the three implementation strategies of ＂Backyard-style Education＂.First,the reality on campus security legislation must keep pace so that school education according to the law.Second,schools must be truly ＂student-oriented＂,and fostering social.Third,social and family education,school education must be unified with the pace,so that the ＂Backyard-style Education＂ really been implemented.
