| 摘 要： | 对于大多数的高等院校而言,教材管理部门与图书馆是相对独立的部门,属于不同的系统,而在短期实现两个部门的合并或其他行政方面的统一,似乎不太可能,而且很难实施,这就需要教材管理部门与图书馆自己进行相应的合作,使得高等院校的教材建设和教材管理更上一层楼。

| Abstract: | For most universities,teaching material management department and the library are relatively independent,and it is impossible and difficult to realize the merger of the two departments in the near future.This needs the teaching material management department and the library to cooperate initiatively so as to improve the construction and management of teaching materials in the university. |
