关于高职高专学校青年教师专业成长的几点思考

摘    要:笔者通过对所在学校教师评价现状进行分析,发现目前对教师的评价考核存在主观性强、缺乏科学的考核指标、不能反映出真实成绩、对待考核不重视等问题,这些问题制约和影响着青年教师的专业成长。本文在收集资料的基础上,提出运用发展性教师评价、重新设计现有教师评价体系是推动和加快青年教师专业成长的良策。

Abstract:Through the analysis of the current evaluation system of teachers,the author found that there are some problems,sun as strong subjectivity,lack of good standards,failure in showing the real achievement and little attention on the evaluation which have limited the professional growth of young teachers.The thesis offers some strategies,such as developing evaluation and refashion of the present evaluation system,to motivate the professional growth of young teachers.
