我国高等教育人才培养问题研究

文章深刻反思了我国高等教育人才培养过程中出现的问题,并深入剖析了问题产生的根源,包括核心价值观的缺失、教育规律认识的偏差、合理知识结构的忽视等。同时,提出了相应的系统改进策略：从树立囊括＂智、仁、勇＂精神的高等教育理念入手,以均衡培养＂信、进、念、定、慧＂五种心智结构要素为着眼点,以构建兼顾心智训练与专业培养的课程体系为基石,为我国高校的人才培养提供参考。

Research on the Cultivation of Talents in Higher Education

This paper gives a profound rethinking about the problems which arise from higher education,analyzing deeply about the causes of these problems.These problems include the loss of the core values,the prejudice towards the laws of education as well as the neglect of the rational structure of knowledge.In addition,beginning with the spirit of combining ＂intelligence,benevolence,and encouragement＂,the paper focuses on balancing the essential elements of mental mode,namely,＂confidence,efforts,self-reflection,execution,insight＂.Meanwhile,taking the basis of building the course system combined mental training with professional training;the paper gives some references for the talent cultivation of our colleges.
