摘    要:"9+3"藏区免费中等职业教育计划是四川省委、省政府践行科学发展观的具体实践,是关注藏区发展,关心广大农牧民脱贫致富,为藏区经济社会培养高素质劳动者和技能型人才,建立维护藏区稳定、探索发展的长效机制。我校结合藏区学生的特点,整合学校资源,采用多种培养方式,提高青年教师素质,提升教学质量,适应民族职业教育。通过教学研究与实践,首批毕业生走向社会,得到了社会认可,获得了预期的教育教学成果。

Research on Resources Integration in Cultivating Youth Teachers to Suit National Vocational Education

Abstract:The 9+3 secondary vocational education for free plan in Tibetan-inhabited area is the concrete practice on scientific development concept of Sichuan provincial party committee and provincial government,which concerns about people's life and the development of Tibetan-inhabited area.It is a long-term mechanism for cultivating talented person and maintaining social stability.Combined with the characteristics of students,integrate resources and cultivate youth teachers to suit national and vocational education.Through teaching research and practice,the first graduates are approved of society as expected.
