| 摘 要： | 由于社会环境与趋势、学校教育缺失、家庭教育溺爱及大学生自身等原因,使得大学生在择业过程中存在着职业选择理想化、功利化、社会责任感缺乏以及心理素质差等问题。对于这些问题,可通过加强大学生就业指导,明确其职业价值观;开展人格教育,提高职业选择的独立性;引导大学生个人注重心理健康,增加自我调节能力等方式来加以调节。

| Abstract: | Because of the social environment and the trend,school education missing,family education dotes and college students themselves,makes students in employment process exist career choice idealized,utilitarian,lack of social responsibility and psychological quality is poor.For these problems,but through strengthening college students＇ employment guidance to clarify its professional values;Carry out the personality education,improve the career choice independence and attention to college students mental health status,increase the self-adju stment ability to regulate. |
