摘 要: | 本文综述了保护运动员关节软骨、改善肌肉质量、调节内分泌、减控体重、预防运动性贫血、增加能量储备和利用、增强抗氧化能力和增强免疫机能等特殊功效的功能因子,并介绍了一些作为运动营养食品原料的新资源。

Abstract: | The functional factors for protecting articular cartilage,improving muscle mass,adjusting incretion,reducing bodyweight,preventing sports anemia,increasing food reserve and utilization,strengthening antioxidant capacity,enhancing immune function for athletes,further more,some new resources for raw materials of athletic nutrition food were also introduced. |
