| 摘 要： | 学生工作是高等院校里虽普通却十分重要的工作．辅导员是学生工作的生力军。根据党中央新时期提出的教育要求．高校辅导员要充分认识到思想政治教育工作的重要性，要把学生装进心窝，做学生的知心人，切实加强高校的思想政治工作，提高大学生的综合素质。

According to the educational requirements in the new period, the counselors who are the mainpower in studentoriented work must fully understand the importance of ideological and political education and impose real concern on- students, so that we can strengthen the ideological and politicalwork and enhance the overall quality of students. |
