| Abstract: | Like many other cities in China, Wenzhou has been developing city communities since 1990s, which is an inevitable result of the reform and opening policy in our country as well as the economic and social development of the cities. This paper has clarified the development advantage, current situation, philosophy and strategies for the construction of city communities in Wenzhou. |
