关于加快推进黄石市“三大战略”实施的对策研究

＂三大战略＂（发展大产业、打造大园区、建设大城市）是黄石市在推进改革开放和现代化建设的新阶段,深入贯彻落实科学发展观,不断深化市情认识,紧紧围绕全面建设小康社会目标,推动黄石社会经济又好又快发展所采取的重要策略和关键性举措。本文深入研究＂发展大产业、打造大园区、建设大城市＂三个方面问题,提出了加快＂三大战略＂实施的具体对策。

Countermeasures on Promotion of Huangshi "Three Major Development Strategies"

Three major development strategies,＂Enlarging large industries,Building large parks,Constructing large cities＂,is an important strategy and key measure taken to promote economic and social development soundly and rapidly in Huangshi.These measures should center on the goal of building of well-off society,thoroughly implement the scientific development policy and further realize the situation of city in the new stage of advancing the reform and opening policy and modernization construction.The paper puts forward many specific measures to implement the strategy through predicting the possible problems in this process.
