人的素质是多方面的 ,各种素质无高下之分 ,都是社会主义市场经济发展所必需的。实施素质教育是知识经济时代和社会主义市场经济的要求 ,也是青少年学生未来发展的基础。改变应试教育模式实施素质教育除了教育主管部门、各级学校努力外 ,还需要社会做出相应的努力 ,提供学校实施素质教育的外部条件

Thought on Human Qualities and the Practice of Quality Education

Among the various human qualities, none is supe rior to any other, and they are all essential for the development of the sociali st market economy. To carry on the quality education is the demand of the knowle dge economy, the socialist market economy as well as the base of the students’ future development. For a change of model from examination oriented education in to the quality education, our society should make great effort together with the superintendent department and the schools at all levels to guarantee external c onditions of the practice of the quality education.
