| 摘 要： | 发展新世纪的职业技术教育是保持教育发展均衡性的需要，也是为当地经济发展、改善投资环境的需要。教育行政部门一定要准确定位，普教职教两手抓，两手都要抓好。职业院校必须要深化改革、创建特色、提高质量，以不负于历史的重托。

| Abstract: | It is necessary to develop vocational and technical education in the new century in order to maintain the developmental equilibrium in education, to develop local economy, and to improve the environment of investment. The education administration should be well oriented, enhancing both regular and vocational education. To fulfill this historical task, the vocational schools must further the present reform with novel characteristics and better educational quality. |
