高校图书馆服务创新保障体系的构建研究

文章论述了随着社会进入信息化社会后，人们对信息服务的质量要求越来越高。高校图书馆作为为学校教学科研提供文献信息服务的重要部门，面临着十分重要的任务。要较好的完成这个重要的任务，必须对服务不断进行改进与创新，以满足读者日益增长的文献信息需求。然而，服务创新不仅仅是个口号或名词，而是要让读者实实在在地感到他们在享受创新的服务。要做到这一点，必须从办馆理念、管理制度、办馆经费、服务队伍等多个方面对其提供有力的支撑和保障，以形成一个完整的保障体系。

On the Building of Supporting System for the Service Innovation in University Libraries

With the coming of information society,more and more people need top class services for information.The service quality is also a challenge for university libraries because they are set up to offer information services for teaching and learning.Thus it is necessary to improve the services by innovation.In this article the author has had a discussion about how to build a supporting system for the service innovation in university libraries from the innovation of the concepts of running a library,of the management regulations,of the running funds,and of the construction of librarians.
