摘    要:本文主要研究猪油的酯交换以及获得的甲酯产品用作燃料油时对产品成分的要求,并测定了相关的理化性能指标。甲酯产品可以做为生物柴油添加在矿物柴油中,一方面可利用废弃的或者过剩的猪油资源,以缓解能源的紧张局势,另一方面可以降低温室气体排放等,是一个极具前途的发展方向。

Abstract:The transesterification of lard should be studied in this paper, and the demands to the product when which was used as fuel, what's more, the measurement of some related physical and chemical properties. Lard has been transestered into methyl ester which can be used as substitute of feul diesel. This method can make best use of waste or surplus lard to relieve the energy crisis in a sense, on the other hand, to decrease the emission of greenhouse gas.
