| 摘 要： | 基于制造业129家上市公司2004~2013年面板数据,实证检验网络成员多样性、网络关系强度对二元式创新的影响。研究表明:网络成员多样性、网络关系强度与利用式创新、探索式创新均呈倒U型关系,网络成员多样性的提升将先抑制利用式创新,再抑制探索式创新,而网络关系强度的提升则先抑制探索式创新,再抑制利用式创新。网络关系强度正向调节网络成员多样性与利用式创新的关系,而对网络成员多样性与探索式创新关系的负向调节作用则不显著。

The Effect of Partner Diversity of R & D Network and Network Ties Strength on Ambidextrous Innovation |

| Abstract: | Based on the panel data of 129 listed corporations during 2004~2013 in manufacturing industry,result finds that network partner diversity and network ties strength have an inverted U-shaped relationship with exploitative innovation and exploratory innovation. Continuously increasing partner diversity will restrain exploitative innovation first,then restrain ex-ploratory innovation. Continuously increasing network ties strength will restrain exploratory innovation first,then restrain ex-ploitative innovation. The interaction effect of partner diversity and network ties strength has a significant positive effect on exploitative innovation. |
