影响我国城镇化发展水平因素的实证研究

基于2000~2013年我国31省市区面板数据,对各地平均城镇化率与全国平均城镇化率进行对比分析,将其分为高、低两类;随后从经济发展、城镇建设与就业环境、居民生活水平及教育发展水平四维度视角出发,确定了12项变量,分类探讨了其对地区城镇化发展的影响。结果表明,各指标对两类地区城镇化发展的影响差异明显,且教育因素中人均受教育年限对地区城镇化发展影响效果十分显著,影响力最强。

Empirical Research on the Influential Factors of Urbanization Development in China

Based on the panel data of 31 provinces from 2000 to 2013, all regions are divided into high and low categories ac-cording to analyze the local and the national average urbanization rate in this paper. And then, it identifies 12 representatives of variables from four dimensions including economic development, urban construction and employment conditions, living standards and the level of education, and then sub-categories and explores their impacts on the development of urbanization in two types of areas. Results show that these indexes have significant impact on urban development of both two areas, and aver-age education attainment indicators have most remarkable impact on the urban development of two types of areas.
