| 摘 要： | 运用系统动力学,建立了高端创新创业人才开发效益的系统动力学模型。通过反馈回路分析,提出了高端创新创业人才开发要重视直接经济效益,对高端创新创业人才开发的投入具有马太效应,投得愈多收获愈大,实现可持续的高端创新创业人才开发,需要将开发主体从政府转移到高新技术企业上来等建议。

The System Dynamics Analysis of Development Efficiency about the High-End Talents of Innovation and Entrepreneurship |

| Abstract: | Using the system dynamics, this paper established the system dynamics model of the development efficiency about the high-end talents of innovation and entrepreneurship. According to the analysis of feedback loops, it put forward that the development of high-end innovation and entrepreneurship should pay attention to the direct economic efficiency, the input for development of high-end innovation and entrepreneurship has the Matthew Effect, which cast the more the greater the har-vest, sustainable development of high-end innovation and entrepreneurship, and need to develop main body shifted from the government to the high-tech enterprises such as recommended. Reference and basis for the development of high-end innova-tion. |
