氯酸钾催化热分解反应动力学研究

摘    要:本文通过TG—DTG—DTA实验方法,对氯酸钾催化热分解反应动力学及其反应过程进行了研究,并与氯酸钾的非催化热分解反应比较,结果是:分解反应都是连续一次进行完毕;催化剂二氧化锰降低了反应的活化能,使反应起始温度下降,反应速度常数提高了三个数量级。对于可能的反应机理亦作了初步推断。

Abstract:Catalytical thermodecomposition kinetics and process of potassium chlorate have been studied by TG-DTG-DTA experimental method, and compared with uncatalytical one. The results show that: The reactions all proceed very thoroushly; Catalyst Manganese oxide decreases the active energy of thermodecomposition, lowers the active temperature and increases the reaction rate constant of thermodecomposition about 1000 times than uncatalytical one. The possible catalytical reaction mechanism is suggested under the experimental couditions.
