摘    要:本文运用图形面积比例 (FGA)方法 ,对中国学术期刊进行了统计分析 ,并结合问卷调查研究 ,认为此方法不仅可用于一般学科的硬度测量 ,也可用于分支学科的硬度测量。此外 ,应用FGA方法还发现我国的科学发展与世界先进水平具有很大差距。

Hardness measurement of disciplines: application of FGA method
Abstract:Applying the notion of fractional graph area (FGA), the statistic analysis has initially been done on Chinese journals with the survey of hardness of sciences, and it was found that the use of graphs across eleven scientific disciplines correlated almost perfectly with their hardness, which leads to the possibility to distinguish the soft sciences to the hard sciences. The same pattern also held up across ten specialty fields in engineering science. Using FGA method, it is contained that there is a huge gap between the Chinese sciences and those in developed country.
