开导学生的思想,疏通人与人之间关系是辅导员工作的主要内容。分析在当今大学生主体意识发达和知识水平不断提高的情况下,辅导员应与学生建立良好沟通关系,确立亲和力,用真挚的感情、宽广的胸怀来关怀体贴学生,博爱学生,感化学生,设身处地为学生着想,帮助学生在学业和生活领域里获得成功的作用,指出提高自身的亲和力是辅导员的素质要求和工作职责,也是在当前形势下做好辅导员工作的需要及新形势下辅导员工作的新特点。

The work of instructors is to enlighten students’ minds work.With the improvement of college students’ subject consciousness and knowledge,the instructors should have a good relationship with students,and have sincere motions and broad minds to care for students,love students,motivate students and help students succeed in their studies and lives.Their affinity increasing will be the couselors’ quality requirements and responsibilities,but also the new characteristic in the current situation of instructors’ work.
