| 摘 要： | 高职院校的核心竞争力是保持竞争优势的整体综合能力。依据核心竞争力的内涵和特征，结合高职的特点，从领导集体、核心团队、核心价值链、校园化和战略联盟等方面，提出了培育高职院校的核心竞争力的基本途径。

According as character and connotation of core competition and felling together special of high vocation education, it come to a conclusion that base approach of bring up to core competition of high vocation college from other aspects, such as machine, core team ,core chain of value, culture of campus and strategic confederation etc. |
