无线电调试工操作技能鉴定考核方案的探讨

在进行大批量的中级、高级无线电调试工操作技能鉴定考核时,为克服复杂电子产品的操作技能鉴定考核中元器件的人为故障以及由于焊点外观变化暴露考核点的现象,提出改传统工位式为考核板与焊接板相结合的考核方案,据此,将操作技能鉴定考核归纳为查找故障点、常需调试项目、焊接技巧等考核。

A Study of the Examination Pattern for Appraising the Operational Skills of the Radio-debugging Technician

For examining and appraising the operational skills of a large number of the intermediate-level and advanced-level radio-debugging technicians, this paper puts forward an examination pattern that will change the traditional worker-entity pattern of examination to a combination of an examination board and a welding board with a view to overcoming the damage that may be caused by the examinees during the testing of the intricate electronic products and solving the problem that the examination items might be known due to the change of the appearance of the weld. Hereby, the items to be examined and appraised include the locating of the problem, the frequently debugged items, and the welding skills.
