| 摘 要： | 大力发展文化产业、繁荣文化事业，解放与发展文化生产力，自觉构建文化生产力发展的和谐环境。创新公共和谐的文化，必须依托社会主义市场经济条件下文化产业的繁荣、发展来实现。文化产业从经济、意识形态的统一中实现、引导着人们对文化的消费，从而提高文化素质和思想意识形态。

| Abstract: | Vigorously develop cultural industry and prosperity of cultural undertakings and cultural emancipation and development of productive forces,consciously build a harmonious cultural environment productivity.Further innovative public harmonious culture must depends on the prosperity and development of cultural industries under the conditions of socialist market economy.In order to achieve the goal,it is necessary to unite cultural industries with economy and ideology,and to guide people the be familiar with culture consumption,thereby improving the ideological and culutral quality. |
