南宁市健身场所瑜伽开展现状的调查与分析

运用文献资料、问卷调查等研究方法,对南宁市健身场所瑜伽馆的分布、课程,练习者的动机、消费及教练员的来源、专业背景等进行研究。调查表明:南宁市健身场所瑜伽馆数量、规模基本能满足练习者的需求,但分布过于集中;瑜伽练习者的年龄年轻化,练习课程多样,瑜伽消费意识不断增强;目前南宁市的瑜伽教练主要有两种来源,即体育相关专业毕业的教练和参加培训班出身的瑜伽教练,教练的评判缺乏统一标准。建议各城区大力发展适合本区群众消费水平的瑜伽馆,开展瑜伽相关活动,加强师资培训,提高专职人员的业务素质。
