优秀人才的科学组织探析

摘    要:坚持"党管人才"原则,党的十八大报告中再提"党管人才",为人才工作定了"调子",标志着人才强国战略又向前迈进了一大步,有利于形成重视人才、支持人才的良好氛围。运用系统思想,注重提高领导班子的整体水平,理顺所配班子与所担负的工作任务之间的要求,理顺领导班子内部各成员之间的关系,理顺主要领导和一般成员之间的关系,理顺领导班子与外部环境之间的关系。采用结构理论,注重领导班子整体结构的优化;掌握干部的个性特点,注重领导班子成员的气质性格相容,使各自的才能充分发挥出来。

Talking about the Talents of Science Organization

Abstract:The eighteenth big mention in the report " the party tube talented person",has determined to work for talent " tone",marked the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development is a big step forward,beneficial to form the good atmosphere through attaches importance to talents,support personnel. Talents of scientific organizations,to applying the idea of system,pay attention to improve the overall level of leadership,straighten out the work team and is responsible for tasks between requirements,handle the relations between and among members of the leadership,straighten out the relationship between the main leaders and members of the general,straighten out the relationship between the leadership and the external environment. Using structure theory,pay attention to optimization of the whole structure of leadership; Master the personality characteristics,pay attention to the temperament and character compatible leadership team members,make their talents into full play.
