旅游目的地消费者欺诈行为的博弈分析

摘    要:现阶段我国旅游产业正保持着一个良好的发展势头,但是由于相关法律法规并不完善,造成了各地旅游市场秩序比较混乱,旅游产品供给质量参差不齐。尤其在一些旅游产业刚起步的地区,旅游行业内部存在不同程度的产品服务垄断、价格诈骗或者其他不正当竞争行为,对我国旅游业的发展造成了相当恶劣的影响。针对这种典型的"坑客"行为,从旅游地产品供给者之间、供给者与消费者之间的交互行为入手,通过引入博弈模型分析,从而得出了这种不正当竞争行为的成因,并对我国旅游市场秩序的规范提出了几点建议。

The Game-research on the Guest-cheating Behavior in Travel-destinations
Abstract:The travel industry of our country is keeping a good growth momentum at the present stage.However because the relevant laws and regulations have not been completed, there is still regional chaos in the tourist market and the different supplying qualities of the travelling products as well. Especially in such new-launching area of travel industries, there is price monopolizing, swindling or other illegitimate competitions behavior in service or goods to various degree, which caused quite abominable influence to the development of the domestic tourist industry. Cartering to some illegal behaviors such as guest-cheating and so on, this article claims out the causes of the illegitimate competition behaviors and some suggestions on the regulations of domestic tourist market by using the game model to analyse the mutual behaviors among the local specialties suppliers and the behaviors between suppliers and consumers.
