| 摘 要： | 学术管理是高校管理活动中的一项重要内容,研究学术管理权力的存在方式、性质以及和学校行政管理权力的关系是正确进行学术管理的需要。高校学术管理活动的顺利进行有赖于对学术管理活动中的权力关系进行有效的法律治理。学术管理活动中的法权关系的理顺是一个长期的、渐进的过程。

| Abstract: | Academic management plays an imporment role in the management of college.In order to manage it correctly,it is necessary to study the relationship between the way of existence,nature of academic management and school adminstration power.The academic management activity in college depends on whether the power is ruled effectively by law.The right relationship of law in academic management can go on smoothly,which is a long term and a gradual process. |
