| 摘 要： | 本文主要运用文献资料,走访调查,座谈讨论和逻辑学等方法,探讨了研究我国县级体委协调职能的理论依据,阐述了县级体委协调职能的基本内容以及充分发挥和运用县级体委协调职能的对策与措施,从而为有关部门领导和基层实际工作者进一步认识协调职能的重要作用,不断改进工作方法,提高管理水平,提供了可参考的理论依据。

| Abstract: | In this paper the author used the literatures, interviews and logical method investigation the theoretic function of the coordinating function in county sport committee and also elaborted its essential contents and the strategies of develop and apply it, It is the aim of this paper for the leaders in various grads and the practical workers in the gross-roots units to acknowledge the important roles of the coordination functions and improve their work as well as increase their management abilities. |
